Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Cost: ₹100.00

Overnight Shipping

Delivery Time: Next business day
Cost: ₹150.00

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 10-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@laxsisclothing.com or through your account dashboard to initiate a return
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging (if available) or a suitable box
  4. Include the RA number on the return package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags and labels
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same return process and specify your desired size or color in your return request. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@laxsisclothing.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
